SHIPPING

We will use USPS Priority Mail to ship your order and a tracking number for your package will be emailed to you.

LEAD TIME

1-2 weeks on most orders, and if an item is out of stock it may take up to 4 weeks.

PAYMENT TERMS

Due upon receipt on first order.  Net 30 on re-orders.

PACKAGING

Each item is on branded, recycled backing paper enclosed in a protective cellophane enclosure.

SAFE SHIPPING GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

We take care in ensuring that your order is safely packaged and protected from shipping and handing. However, sometimes accidents happen in transport. In the event that merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, a replacement upon return of any damaged goods will be issued.

Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
